What I liked about James was that he was an honest guy. This is hugely comforting and a quality to be commended. My job was actually much simpler than I had thought and James quoted me for a call out charge and said that he would try and fix the problem there so as to avoid any further costs with having to return to property on second visit with parts. He did however, prepare me ahead of time with estimate of what it would cost if my boiler needed a replacement part but we never got to this stage. I would recommend James, you will have peace of mind that he'll act in your best interest.

James, the technician, was great! He arrived 15 minutes early, donned shoe protectors, and set about diagnosing a leaking water heater. In fewer than two hours he discovered the problem and fitted a new pressure relief valve. He stuck around to make sure the heater cycled off at the appropriate temperature, checked for leaks, and fitted a drain cap where there was none before. He noted a few issues I should keep my eye on and offered to fix one of them at the time, but due to time constraints on my part I declined. I will happily call them again when I have the time.
At less than two bills with the coupon, this repair job was easy on the wallet.

I'm a difficult customer to please, so please hear me out :
First blocked drain in 4 years. Heard the advertisement for Plumbers on Call (0860555555) on Talk Radio 702. Called them at 10AM on Monday. Took all my details correctly, gave me feed back as to when they would arrive, arrived on time and solved the problem at LESS THAN HALF the price of other established brands.
